Precise GPS Location Data
Collected in foreground & background (with explicit user consent) to match nearby merchants, dark stores, and driver partners, and to provide live order tracking.
Personal Identity Details
Name, mobile phone number, email address, and saved delivery addresses required for account creation, order dispatch, and rider coordination.
Payment Gateway Tokens
Transactions are processed via RBI-regulated payment gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking). Utectic Technology does not store raw credit card PINs or CVVs.
Device Technical Identifiers
Device brand/model, OS version, push notification tokens, and IP address for fraud detection and security auditing.
