Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the Utectic mobile application or website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Utectic services.
Description of Platform Services
Utectic Technology operates an all-in-one Super App platform connecting users with local merchants and logistics providers in rural towns and regional cities:
- Food Delivery: Ordering meals prepared by partner restaurants and cloud kitchens delivered in 30 minutes.
- Grocery Express: Ordering products from local grocery stores delivered in 20 minutes.
- Ride Hailing: Booking Bike, Auto-rickshaw, or Cab transportation provided by verified driver partners.
- Merchant Tools: App portal for local restaurant merchants and grocery stores to process orders and receive daily payouts.
Account Registration & Security
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP, and login credentials confidential. Any bookings or transactions conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
Orders, Pricing & Zero Surge Guarantee
- Order Confirmation: Orders are placed subject to merchant availability and successful payment authorization.
- Merchant Quality: Merchants are responsible for food preparation quality, hygienic packaging, and product expiry dates.
- Zero Surge Pricing: Ride fares are fixed at booking with zero surge multipliers applied during peak traffic hours or bad weather.
Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy
Utectic Technology ensures complete customer satisfaction with transparent refund guidelines:
🍔 Food Order Cancellation
Free cancellation within 2 minutes of order placement. If cancelled after restaurant preparation begins, a cancellation fee up to order value may apply.
🛒 Grocery Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before a rider is assigned for pickup from the store.
📦 Missing / Damaged Items
Full refund or instant wallet credit is issued if items are missing, damaged, or expired, upon verification by customer support within 2 hours of delivery.
💳 Failed Transactions
If money is debited from your bank account but an order fails, funds are automatically refunded to source within 3–5 business days.
🛺 Ride Cancellations
Free ride cancellation within 3 minutes of booking. A ₹25 driver waiting fee applies if cancelled after driver arrives at pickup location.
